    mini fridge

We had a delightful stay at this charming hotel. The sea view from our family room was stunning! The staff were really friendly, and the cleanliness was impressive, especially the fresh bedding and bathrooms that had hot water for soaking after a long day out.

My kids wished there was a mini fridge in the room for cool drinks.

convenient sea view hotel near beautiful park and promenade

I had a wonderful stay with a lovely sea view room, and Llandudno was surprisingly easy to explore thanks to the flat walking areas and proximity to nearby parks and landmarks like the Mad Hatter Statue just a few steps away. This place is perfect for weekend explorers who appreciate comfort after a day of sightseeing.

had a warm and comfy stay, loved the location right on the promenade, room was spacious with a large shower, breakfast was great, staff were super friendly and helpful.

but the noise from entertainment was way too loud at night and the food could be better, some meals were cold and undercooked.

    lovely spot with friendly vibe

The location was awesome, right by the sea, and the staff were super friendly—Steve and Karen were fab! Food was tasty, especially loved the packed lunches. Just a heads up, though—the WiFi was a bit tricky for me since it wouldn't connect on my iPad. But totally coming back again!

The stay was enjoyable with friendly staff and a great location near the promenade. Although the food was decent, some areas like the restaurant seemed understaffed, which affected service. The room had its quirks, but overall, it was a pleasant experience worth considering for the future.

Fantastic Sea View and Excellent Staff

I recently enjoyed my stay with a breathtaking sea view that was definitely worth the extra charge. The evening entertainment, especially the bingo nights, was a great way to end the day, providing a lively atmosphere and fun for all. The staff were outstanding, especially Rafael in the dining room, who truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. the Wi-Fi situation could definitely use some improvement as it was difficult to connect in my room.

    clean accommodations
    friendly staff
    chaotic check-in

Had an awesome time here with friends! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed exploring the long promenade and pier nearby. Dinner and breakfast were tasty with plenty of options. We loved the open-top bus tour for a great way to see the sights. Great staff too, especially the barman who was super friendly. Would recommend trying it out!

One downside was the check-in process. it was a bit chaotic and some rooms weren't ready when we arrived. It put a slight damper on the start of our vacation.

Great amenities for relaxation and fun.

During my stay, the check-in process was chaotic and frustrating. We had to wait too long because our rooms weren't ready, ruining the start of our trip. the noise from the evening entertainment was unbearable at times, making it hard to enjoy any quiet moments. The food quality was inconsistent, with some meals cold and undercooked. it was disappointing for the price we paid.

I had a lovely stay with a magnificent sea view that made my mornings special. The room was spacious and modern, and the staff provided friendly and attentive service, which truly enhanced my experience.
