lovely spot with friendly vibe
The location was awesome, right by the sea, and the staff were super friendly—Steve and Karen were fab! Food was tasty, especially loved the packed lunches. Just a heads up, though—the WiFi was a bit tricky for me since it wouldn't connect on my iPad. But totally coming back again!

The stay was enjoyable with friendly staff and a great location near the promenade. Although the food was decent, some areas like the restaurant seemed understaffed, which affected service. The room had its quirks, but overall, it was a pleasant experience worth considering for the future.

Had an awesome time here with friends! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed exploring the long promenade and pier nearby. Dinner and breakfast were tasty with plenty of options. We loved the open-top bus tour for a great way to see the sights. Great staff too, especially the barman who was super friendly. Would recommend trying it out!
One downside was the check-in process. it was a bit chaotic and some rooms weren't ready when we arrived. It put a slight damper on the start of our vacation.

Great amenities for relaxation and fun.
During my stay, the check-in process was chaotic and frustrating. We had to wait too long because our rooms weren't ready, ruining the start of our trip. the noise from the evening entertainment was unbearable at times, making it hard to enjoy any quiet moments. The food quality was inconsistent, with some meals cold and undercooked. it was disappointing for the price we paid.
